Terms of Service

Athzi is operated by Harsh Gautam, a natural person acting under the Athzi brand. The service provider under these Terms is Harsh Gautam. Contact: support@athzi.com. By creating an account or using Athzi ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Athzi is a sports social networking platform that connects players, organizes games, and facilitates coach bookings. These terms are governed by Polish law and the laws of the European Union.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Athzi. By registering, you confirm that: • You are at least 16 years of age • You have the legal capacity to enter into these terms • The information you provide is accurate and complete • You will keep your account information up to date

You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, contain false information, or remain inactive for more than 12 months.

When using Athzi, you agree NOT to: • Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users • Post false, misleading, or deceptive content • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity • Use the platform for commercial spam or advertising • Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' rights • Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the platform • Organize illegal activities or promote violence Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension.

You retain ownership of content you post on Athzi (posts, photos, reviews, messages). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store your content as necessary to operate the Platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not endorse or verify user-generated content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law without prior notice.

Athzi facilitates the organization of sports games and events between users. We are not a party to any game or event. • You participate in games at your own risk • You are responsible for your own physical safety and fitness • Athzi is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses that occur during games • We recommend appropriate warm-ups, equipment, and insurance • Event hosts are responsible for providing accurate information about their events

Athzi connects users with coaches but does not employ coaches or guarantee the quality of coaching services. • Coaches are independent service providers, not employees of Athzi • Payments are handled directly between users and coaches (BLIK, cash, or other agreed methods) • Athzi does not process payments and is not responsible for payment disputes • Coaches are responsible for their own qualifications, insurance, and legal compliance • Verified badges indicate submitted credentials were reviewed, not professional endorsement • Users should verify coach qualifications independently before booking

Our selfie verification feature helps build trust between users. By using this feature: • You consent to your photo being processed for verification purposes • The badge records completion of the selfie-and-gesture submission flow. It does not verify legal identity, confirm that the selfie matches the profile photo, or guarantee that a user is safe • Verification photos are processed as described in our Privacy Policy • You can request deletion of verification photos by emailing support@athzi.com from the email address associated with your account

To the maximum extent permitted by Polish and EU law: • Athzi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service • We are not liable for actions of other users, including coaches • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury caused by our negligence, in accordance with Polish civil law (Kodeks cywilny).

The Athzi name, logo, design, and software are our intellectual property. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute our software or design • Use our trademarks without written permission • Reverse-engineer the platform Open-source components used in the platform retain their original licenses.

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion: • Your profile and personal data will be removed within 30 days • Content you posted may be retained in anonymized form • These terms survive termination where applicable We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, with notice where practicable.

These Terms are governed by Polish law. • We encourage resolving disputes informally first by contacting support@athzi.com • Information about consumer dispute-resolution bodies in the EU is available at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies. Eligibility and participation depend on the relevant procedure. • Any formal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Polish courts • Consumer rights under Polish consumer protection law (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta) are not affected by these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect, via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Athzi after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the changes, you may delete your account before they take effect.
